RETURNS -

All of our merchandise comes with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Return the item to us within 7 days "UNOPENED and/or UNWASHED" in it's original packaging "No Refunds - Exchange Only." You must first contact Extreme Kempy for a R.A.C. (Return Authorization Code) on exchanges.

NO exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Our Tank pads come with a lifetime warranty from the Manufacturer. We cannot, and will not, accept returns that were applied and then removed. Email us and we will get back to you the same day (usually within 4-6 hours) to help you with with your questions and/or concerns.
